Hypothetically, if one person made a video game, what are the requirements (financially and in terms of copyright) for making one? How do I publish it? How much would it cost in terms of…everything?
Typically, if you're planning on making a console game, around the scope of an IP like Halo or something of that nature, you'd need a fairly large team or lots of free time. However, simple computer games are a whole other story and the same.

If you want your game to hit it big I'm pretty sure you'd need to pitch it to either a big name publisher, or find a small buisness publisher near you. Part of the trouble releasing it would be supply. This is major problem if you're planning on releasing the game on disk, but if it will be downloadable with no physical media the costs plummet.

Really it all depends on the scope of your project, so you'd have to be more specific in terms of what type of game you hypothetically made.

Im currently taking classes of video editing, such as, adobe after effects, design fund 1, and intro to media… now my question is, are there any jobs out there, that i could start from scratch and work my way up, into the big leagues like editing videos for movies or commercials you see on tv? does anyone know any websites that I could research from? if anyone has an idea, can you please answer! thanks a bunch!

There are tons of videos on YouTube erroneously described as "funny." However, most of these videos aren't, in fact, funny at all. But the few videos that I've seen that I HAVE found humorous were quite entertaining, so I'd like to find more. If you're looking for a place to upload music videos, any legitimate hosting site will have the same restrictions regarding copyrights. Those companies don't want to get sued for hundreds of millions of dollars by the record industry.
I don't think so, otherwise people would be using that and not youtube. I know there are other websites with live video streaming that you can use though.

use savetube.com and then it will download the video to your desktop. Then you'll need to use a video converter in order to convert it to a playable file. You can get trial versions byy searching for "Video Converter" on a search engine.

Ensure the file format is correct before uploading to youtube…

Using windows movie maker — you have to save it into the proper file format, that is "wmv" file (use the "save movie file" on the menu at the top left) before upload..

The WMV file will be smaller in size but still quite good quality.. so uploading it will be faster.

also some movie maker version requires to be published instead of save… for that, press "ctrl-p" to publish or search&select a publish option from the menu at the top of the program window.

–for best editing….

use windows movie maker (included in your windows machine)… it can help you make beautiful slideshow or video clip(e.g. mixing your songs with pictures/video/etc)…. then save it as video file such as wmv file format… finally upload.

or .. Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker to create new masterpieces….

Then press "Flag" and tell why your flagging it.

YouTube will look at it, see why it is wrong in anyway, and decide to leave it or delete it. It is their desicion. If you don't like the desicion, message YouTube about it where it says "Contact Us" and go on from there.

Online converters like vixy.net, keepvid did not work. Tried mozilla plugins - no luck. there is no *.flv extension in the page source, only "player.swf". Help!

you have to actually change the file extension name to flv. if that doesn't work then try using a standalone flash debug player. Google it
