hello im confused. who issues taxes? and does everyone in the country pay taxes? im just wondering
If you earn no money, and buy nothing, then you pay no taxes. (at least in this country)
But for most people - you pay sales tax when you buy things, income tax on money earned, real estate tax if you own a home…there are different kinds of taxes. They vary by state, and even by country.
Any one who has a source of Income and the income is above the slab as per the IT Rules and Regulation.
In context to particular Year has to pay Tax on his income. If you can specify your exact confusion, One will definitely guide you in proper direction
If you earn more than the personal allowance you are liable, at least to pay tax. If you are paid in cash then you may be avoiding tax (illegal). If you are non-domiciled you may not be paying tax.
Doesn't look like you do.
Get out of bed!Get a job! Make money!
Unfortunately not cheap. I believe they are now renting for around $700 to $1200 hundred, depending on where and how nice/safe an area you want to be in. Good luck.
Use our calculator we have a database of apartments all over the u.s and when you submit your zip code you will get the median rent in the area. Best of all it's free! Check it out.

Nothing illegal. It wouldn't be worth it to have to keep looking out for the law. After that, if the activity was something I would enjoy doing, so much the better.
Just about anything. Kill a hobo, eat human poop, drink my own urine. I know, disgusting. But for $1,000,000? Come on, we're in a recession right now. We need it.
Why do you ask? Got a "Problem" that needs taken care of? Well a million may cover the costs. Just give me the place and time….

I was vulnerable and bought a second timeshare and can't afford it, I paid one of those companies to sell it for me and have never had a bite. I had to quit paying the dues now they want to put a lien on it and/or foreclose,,,,I have 20 days to come up with $2,500.00 and I just want to get rid of it I am sinking HELP
Timeshares can be sold but the resale value is terrible, if yours is a good one (location, season, size of unit, etc.) then it is easier but it will never sell for half of what you paid for. The average prize that I have seen them been sold is for no more than $2000, and this is for completely paid off timeshares.
There are so many options out there and you are right several owners would just give them away, that it will be almost impossible for you to find someone to take over your payments or give you a good amount for it.
You might want to talk to your accountant about defaulting on the payments.
These are some options:
- Resale is most likely not an option unless you sell it to a friend or relative.
- BE VERY CAREFUL if someone offers to sale it for you and ask for money upfront, they are just a bunch of scammers.
- It is ok to pay a few dollars (no more that $30) to post an ad in some really good site. There are some FREE sites that you can advertise, and my advise is that you just give it away and let someone take over your payments, you can try these:
http://timeshareownerscommunity.com/
http://craigslist.com
http://ebay.com
http://recycler.com/
http://usfreeads.com/
http://www.inetgiant.com/
- Another alternative is donation, some charities take these timeshares. You can see a list of them here:
http://timeshareownerscommunity.com/Charities-Accepting-Timeshares-Donations.html
- The last is the more painful, talk to your accountant about bankruptcy or just defaulting on the loan.
Good Luck!
I bought over 600,000 Wyndham points, which when buying from the developer would have cost me approximatly 60 to 70 thousand dollars. I bought them on Ebay for less than 5000.00. The second one I bought was for more than 300,000 points and I paid under 2000.00 dollars for it. I think your chances of getting 2500 in the next 20 days is about the same as catching a shark in Death Valley. You should look into how to best save your credit. Sorry for the bad news. You almost have to give it away to save the yearly maintenance. What does "vulnerable" mean, I usually use a different term when I mess up.
and wanted to know what skills are needed for this, math…comprehension….ect….
other than what you said… you need logic and great imagination…
you need to have a great and fast mind to be able to build/develop great things
I have been turning in job applications in around town, and i've had interviews, but no luck. Recently, I've had interviews at a local pizza place, and at a fast food place. I'm not going to school or anything right now, so in my interviews, i told them tha ti was completely open, and that i had not applied anywhere else (which i know now that i SHOULDNT have done.)
Anyways, they both called me back for a second interview.
One is on friday, and the other one sunday.
the local pizza place said that they were only offering part time, which might be 2-6 hours, 2-3 days a week.as she said "it's VERY part time, here."
and the other one is part time too (i'm not sure how many hours that is.. i'm guessing around 15?)
anyways, i have a feeling that i'll be offered BOTH jobs, but if i tell them that NOW i have ANOTHER job, i have a feeling that they will decide NOT to hire me anymore, because one of the main reasons they're hiring me for is that i have AWESOME availability.
So what should i do? just take the job that offers the most hours?
Also, i really NEED as many hours as possible as i am paying 700 for rent, 100 for cable/internet/phone and 60 for utilities.
if i have only ONE job, i don't even think i'll make $600 since BOTH are PART TIME.
i know its complicated, but any advice would be greatly appreciated.
THANKS.
Both employers should know that you can't live on one or two shifts a week. The best thing to do is tell the Pizza folks you need the same hours every week(weekends or whenever) so you can know when you will be available for your other job.
Tell the other folks you can't work weekends unless it is a full-time job.
Most fast food places have a harder time getting people in for school nights anyway so you should be fine there.
It sounds like the pizza place is an on call job. It is less important than the fast food gig.
There is no way you can make rent on those hours. Get a roommate or a cheaper place. Your rent should not be more than what you make in a week take home pay.
When in doubt say the other job gives you more hours. If you are lucky you can get one to compete against the other.
tell them you have another job and find out their hours…maybe you can most definetly work something out. Especially if you didn't commit any hours to either job. If job A says
well we need someone mainly nights and the other part time says we need someone days 3-4 days a week…you can make that happen!!
I want a job, but I need a little help. Alot of people I know are getting jobs, but they're all really boring (and I couldn't do them cause they're BORING): cashier, etc. I've never had a job, and I haven't found anything that I won't hate. Anybody have ideas? Or jobs they LIKE?
Be an oreo maker
You are putting "the cart before the horse" when you say you haven't found a job you won't hate. Since you have never actually worked any of these "boring" jobs you can't say whether they suck or not. If you want money, you will need to work. How badly you need money will be the determining factor in if you will grow up and realize you can't have everything your way. Good luck.
What makes you think that you couldn't do a boring job?
The fact is that any job that will hire someone who is still in high school and who has never had a job before will probably be boring. You could try to get a job as a server, but that job will be much harder than those boring jobs you claim you can't do.
Also, you shouldn't be so sure that being a cashier is boring. Of course there will be times when it is boring, but I worked as a cashier at a grocery store for 2 years in high school and met all of my best friends there. We had a blast most of the time. I even met the first guy I ever loved working there. Every job is going to suck a little bit, that is why they PAY you to do it! If it was fun people would be doing it for free!
Maybe you are more energetic and need a job that requires physical movement, such as taking care of animals, working on restoring buildings or planting/landscaping, contractor work, or even farm work. There are many jobs that you could do, but it sounds like cashier jobs are not specifically the issue–you need something more involved and more movement oriented.
office clerk/receptionist at a firm. fun! The other paralegals and receptionists and I would crack up at the lawyers (our bosses) and sit and watch greys anatomy online while trying to not get caught. LOL Oh my gosh, then i would go get a tostada y batido from across the street and we would share with the security and everything. and oh lunch break! we would never actually eat lunch, that was our time to go check out whats new at ross, get a quick mani pedi…whatever, at the desk is when we would order quiznos, or gables diner and have them deliver (by the way they have the BEST sweet potato fries EVER!). pero, only on days that weren't busy… that wasnt every day. It was still a job you know. ortro dia, tambien serious work…making copies, taking messages, working the lines, fixing up conference rooms. aiy just try it, y que chica you never know…best job i ever had
My Aunt co-signed on a house that is in my now ex-girlfriend's name. Since we had a falling out I was just wondering if my Aunt has any rights whatsoever as far as what is done with the house besides the responsibility for the payment if it is not made. Such as legally, does my Aunt have any say as to who's occupying the home? Or is it just merely based on the payment and nothing else?
Co signing means she is responsible should your ex decide to default on the loan. It means your ex is making the payments and as a result she is the owner once the loan is payed off. With this being the case it doesn't matter how nasty you want your aunt to be on your behalf your aunt can't say anything about who is living there since she isn't the one making payments! All she does is provide the money if your ex doesn't. She won't be on the property deed or owe any of the property tax so she has no rights. So sadly your out of luck in regards of making your ex's life miserable.
The signer and co-signer both have equal vested interest in the house. One cant do something with the property without the other. Your Aunt can choose whoever she wants to occupy the house. As does your ex. If your ex is being a $h!t head about it, you can have her sign over the house or go to court and force a refi and split the equity.
Theres the Note.. (mortgage) & The Deed (Property)
If your aunt is only on the Note she only has a say on the mortgage.. if she is on the deed as well.. she has equal property rights.
Probably for health insurance purposes. Young men are less likely to have high medical bills than older men, or women of childbearing age.
That's one way to figure out what will appeal to the majority of their employees. For instance, if the average age is 50, nobody is going to suggest a company baseball game
On the other hand, it the average age is 23, then a night of dancing might be in order ![]()
When you sell something on ebay, how do you get the bidder's address to ship them the item they bought?
Also, how do they go about paying you through paypal? Does all that happen through ebay or what?
Please help me with this and tell me everything there is to know about being a seller on ebay, thanks!
When you sell something on eBay, you must have a Paypal account to accept payments online. Once the highest bidder wins, you send an invoice and they pay. The money is in your Paypal account now.
You get the shipping address from the Paypal payment transaction.
If you need any more help, please email me at Crazy4selling AT live.com. Also, I have some things you can sell if you are interested.
