just wondering
You can transfer money directly from you're linked checking/savings or credit card account. I don't keep money in my paypal account.
Only if the seller gives you the option to pay with something other than PayPal, which some do. I know some sellers will even accept personal checks, although that will delay shipment of whatever you just bought until the check clears. It's all up to the seller, so ask them. Another option you can do is link a bank account with your PayPal account. Once you verify your account, you can easily transfer money to and from accounts. Check Ebay's help section on how to do this.
Yes, actually you can. If you have a linked checking account that is. Paypal will pay the vendor the amount you owe, and then a day or so later try and pull that amount out of your checking account, so by the time paypal realizes the bank has returned the pull they put through (about a week or so) you will already have your merchandise.
I have done this when I see something that is a steal but I have no money, they pull, it gets returned, and then when I get paid I pay paypal back.
Paying them back is an option, but you will not be able to use paypal again until you do
usually paypal is associated with a creditcard or bank card . so no money in ur pay pal acount and it will withdraw from the cc or bank card
and that may or may not go though depending on the bank the only thing you are garanteed of is a charge for not having money in your acount
u can definitely win an item w/o having any way to pay for it. after that, u have to have money or credit to pay. u could use a credit or debit card directly with the seller or link ur paypal account to a card and use it that way. that's what i do.
Most paypal accounts are linked to your checking account or credit card. If yours is, then technically yes, you could. I do it all the time and maintain no balance in my actual paypal account.
yeah, dont use paypal, send a check.
if you have money in your bank acct, paypal will move the funds for you.
If your bank acct is empty, then the process will not clear and you willwaste time and probrably a case filed.
Yes, some sellers still acept payment by mail for items or you can link your Paypal account with a checking account or credit card and pay that way.
yes, you can you just need to prove to them that you can pay them back
Yes, if you put a valid credit card in paypal.
I don't see why not.
But, then again, I'm not all that bright.
Hopefully someone here can help us out.
Not a chance, sorry. =(
