I just filled out an job application for old navy and they gave me a call back today. They asked me if I ever came in for a job interview and I explained that I was called back. But, An interview was post to be set up and it never was. So, I called back and they told me that the job was closed. But, they would keep me in mind. So, I re filled an application and the guy told me that he would talk to his manager and ask him what happened and have him call me.. What does this mean? Do I possibly have a shot?
It means they messed up or the Manager found someone he/she liked better for right now. Your job is to get in front of them and not worry about what happened. In any job search you must strategize how to get in front of the employer and not worry about the job. I mean, you may not even want the job after the interview. Keep on them.
what the guy needs is u there's no job vacancy just understand that the matter is not seeking employement rather seeking relationship. thanks
