Ok well I bought this item from a person, and I accidentally sent it to his wrong email address. He didn't accept the payment so it expired and he asked me to send it to another email address he uses. So I canceled the payment, but the money isn't showing up on my Visa Debit Card. Did I get frauded under paypal?? or does it take a while to have that money show up on either my paypal or visa card??

Do you have a receipt or confirmation number that it was cancelled?

If it works like a bank debit or credit card it can take up to 5 business days for your account to get credited.
