I am 11 and i am saving up for a cell phone and i want to get a new look for going into middle school this fall so i need hair die, makeup, eccesories and none of my clothes fit any more but when ever my family buyes me clothes they dont really take me to the good stores and they try to buy me totally ugly clothes. i am also not able to babysit cuz were i live none of the people will let you babysit untill you have a babysitting licence witch i am not getting untill later in the year and i dont have a yard so i cant have a garage sale PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP ME
