I recieved a call from a job on friday and i was told that i was going to get a phone interview this morning. However I did not get any calls this morning. What might be the reason for this? I am planning on calling them tomorrow.

They probably dialed your phone number wrong or something (I have been guilty of that).

Tell them that you were patiently waiting for a phone interview, and feel like there must be crossed wires. Ask what phone number was written down, and let them know when you would be available again.
i agree,but you should call them first thing in the morning
