I've called the bank…they told me to call the post office. So i called the post office, and they said to call the bank. Any ideas??
If you have actual German Marks to exchange, you may have a problem. Germany switched to the Euro in 2002. In the US, Travelex and AFEX will still buy German Deutschemarks dated 1960 or later, and at a reduced rate because there is no market for them and the only buyer is the German Central Bank.
