I have a boss and she is a lawyer (fit for nothing) according to other people she is very smart but as per my opinion not good enough. I may say that she is like a Devil in our company that whenever the other staffs are happy she use to create some stories that all the staff will become mad to each other by then staff will realize that why they were fight for nothing.

I have a collegue who is already married and I also married too, whenever I speak to my collegue she always compares me with him thinking that we have a relationship which I don't like.

The main reason is why she doubts me is because she is still single and having a illegal relationship with our Boss. Why we hate her because whenever we become good to our boss she will tell something bad againts us to boss and he will re-act for that.

Please help us to find out what is her problem and why she is doing this to us. Sometimes we feel that she is having a mental problem.

Your lawyer/boss sounds smart to me. Why do you say her relationship with The Boss is "illegal"? You may not like it, but it's not illegal.

I agree with previous-poster Balanda1: You need to be more careful in what you say/do - or you'll be out of a job. Then your lawyer/boss really wins.
Office politics is always a tricky field. Unless she is harrassing you illegally there is little you can do. I suggest contacting your union and speaking to them about it. Alternatively, you could confront her or report her behaviour to the boss, but if they are having an affair the likelihood of success and you keeping your job are remote. Whatever you choose to do consider all the ramifications otherwise you may end up on the street without a job.
You have a drama queen in your office. A drama queen is someone who needs to have problems and trouble constantly brewing in order to feel good about themselves, and often if there is no trouble going around, they will start it without getting themselves dirty. The best thing to do is when she tries to start trouble, loudly announce that she shouldn't go around starting trouble or causing drama. Make sure the boss can hear it. She will likely deny trying to cause drama, but if everyone does that everytime she tries to create drama, eventually, the boss will start to think that maybe she is causing problems.
