i came back to visit france i've been here for a week now and checked yesterday morning & it was gone
i had so much in there
i frantically asked around to no prevail
and finally i calmed down and now i'm on yahoo wondering what are possibilities? can he do that? can i sue? what do i do?
i'm not sure what kind of account i had but i know this is very upsetting
Not much to go. Go to the bank and and find out the details. You may have had a custodial account which gives the custodian [your dad] a lot of but not unlimited power.

If it is large amount of money most lawyers will give you a free consultation once you have the details from the bank.
