Which Bank Offers The Best Investment Options?

I'm a Toronto resident looking to invest money with a Canadian bank - preferably buying and selling stocks. Just wondering which bank in your opinion offers the best services? Thanks!
A brokerage will offer better investment options than a bank. I would suggest an online brokerage such as Scottrade or T. Rowe Price.
