Hard Drive: Size: 320GB SATA Hard Drive
Video Card: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD
Yes. The Sims 3 will work on your laptop.
You should be able to run it at somewhere between medium and high settings.
Video Card: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD isnt a gaming video card
yes maybe not at high setting but it will work.
