If you're looking for a place to upload music videos, any legitimate hosting site will have the same restrictions regarding copyrights. Those companies don't want to get sued for hundreds of millions of dollars by the record industry.
I don't think so, otherwise people would be using that and not youtube. I know there are other websites with live video streaming that you can use though.
No, youtube is largest. They have lot of servers over the world.
