I'm in california
Oh yes, you can earn money doing recycling.

The problem is, you will be earning only a few dollars - barely enough for a decent meal after a hard day's work.

If you are doing this for fun and a couple extra bucks for an ice cream or coffee, then that would be a far more reasonable scenario.
Yes of course you can earn from recycling the magazines..
I used to do that when I was in college.
I make cute paper mache from paper like catalogs or you can make
photo frames from those things all you need to do is use your creativity…

I need a personal loan to catch up on bills and have a poor credit schore so I need a bank that would help me out any ideas thanks?
This is tough situation. Go to your local bank and see what they can do. Read this web site. Be cautious of really high interest rates.
Absolutely don't borrow money to pay on borrowed money. You are creating a foundation of disaster. Pay for you necessities first - food, shelter, and utilities - and attack the debt with the lowest balance. If you can't pay minimum payments on everything, call the ones you can't pay and tell them you can't pay. If you do happen to get a loan - probably at a ridiculous rate if you have bad credit - cut up all your credit cards so you won't dig a new whole. It happens very often when people get loans to pay off other debts. Then you have all your old debts back plus a new loan. Try to sell stuff, work overtime, get a second job, whatever. Earn more money of your own.
Go to your local credit union. They're very lenient if you have bad credit.

Do NOT get a paycheck advance. Those companies are scum.
Try payday loans, Cash Money or Money Mart but their interest rates are very high. Banks will not give loans to poor credit holders. Private lenders need collateral.
DONT TRY US bank, CalNational and WElls fargo.. loool..
better try wescom credit union..
those banks all went out of business because they were giving loans to people with poor credit.

Seriously.
won't happen - don't even waste your time looking.
good question.

Now I want to buy a hair straightener and I am wondering whether I should I buy a new one for about $40.00 or I can buy a used one for around $20.00? What do you think?
OMG do NOT buy a used one unless it is from a friend and you have personally used it yourself, and if thats the case dont pay more than 10-15 bucks for it!! You can go to Wal mart and get a remington wet to strait ceramic straightener for $25.00 which I used and loooove, Im italian and have extremely long and thick course hair, and it works sooo great, I dont use it on my hair wet though) just make sure you put your hair in a half up half down pony tail, start with the underside of your hair. Good luck, and I agree with the previous answerer, you def want one with the warranty.
Go with the new,it will have a warranty,the used 1 won't and if it doesn't work,your out $20.

Trying to decide on career?

well i have been trying to decide on a career for a while now, i am only 14, but it's never too early to decide. at first i wanted to be a movie producer because i always had really good ideas for movies, the whole mainstoryline and even scenes and what they would look like, whenever i watch movies i always notice every little thing that was either very smart filming or was pointless/stupid. but not i am not sure anymore, especially since the chances of me actually making Movie Theater movies is low. i am very exeptional in math and science and i love physics so i thought of being a physicist but then i read up on them and i found out that i have to go to a ggod univercity for 6-8 years and get a Phd, that would be quite a goal, but it's possible, but even after all that work and study most physicists work as teachers and get paid fairly low for the amount of education they have to go through. i am looking for opnions on what u think i should do or even recommend a career in mathimatics/ science, i am not looking for someone to decide my future for me, so please don't comment about how "it;s my decision", i am just looking for opnions.

sorry for bad spelling, English was never my strong side, considering i moved here 4 years ago.
well by the way that you wrote the part of the movie producer i can sure tell that this is your dream job.At my point of view chasing the dream is more important that any career ,and if you are thinking that my not end well or not accomplish anything at least you tried , the worst thing is to get old and keep saying how things could be different .
If you think that your ideas a really good so that's it show then to the world in by the big screen . Many producers came from nothing , if they made it why wont you ;) .
i will be waiting to see one of your movies , good luck

I was in a car accident in December. I was driving uphill to a stop sign, where I stopped, put on my left hand signal, and while halfway through the intersection, I was t-boned by a drunk driver who came up from behind me and attempted to pass me. My vehicle spun 360, and 50 feet up the road from the initial impact. Both of her air bags deployed, her car totaled. My vehicle was struck on the drivers side wheel well so my airbags did not deploy, but I was unconscious for a minute or so. I know this because a witness behind us saw the entire accident. I went to the hospital three hours after the accident, originally declining to go in the ambulance. The shock and frigidness of the night blocked me from feeling any pain. I got an x-ray which revealed nothing. After a few more months of pain, I went and got an MRI done which showed nerve damage in the neck/shoulder. I got an EMG just to confirm. I had to attend physical therapy for about 5 months in order to get my neck/shoulder back into good condition. My lower back still gets pain from time to time. The case is currently going through preliminary litigation, what would be a typical settlement for something like this? I understand cases vary, but just a good ballpark would be fine.
There really is no such thing as a "typical settlement".

Some people will say you will get your medical bills 3X med bills for pain and suffering. [Example: Your med bills are $12,000, so tack on another $36,000 for pain and suffering for a total of $48,000]. BUT you have to realize in addition to your atty getting 33.33% of the settlement, he and the other driver's insurance adjuster may negotiate the medical bills down as the adjuster may deem certain procedures or doctor's visits excessive or unnecessary. So your $12K in bills may actually become $8K-$10K.

And of course a huge factor is whether the other driver is worth suing. If they have no assets, there's no point. And going to court could take years, as opposed to settling with the insurance company. So if the driver only has $15K or $25K in liability coverage, then that's all your going to get, less the atty's share and the medical bills, so worst case scenario you could only end up with a few hundred or a couple of thousand dollars.

As far as being displeased with your atty, his slowness in common to the practice, so don't take it personally. The #1 complaint to state bars is attorneys not returning client's phone calls or emails.

I had an accident last fall, although my injuries weren't as extensive as yours appear to be. I fired my first atty because he and his assistant seemed to have almost no interest in the case. The second atty is a bit better about staying in contact, but he is a trial lawyer, so a lot of the time he can't get back to me because he is in court. If you have a problem with your attorney, schedule an appointment (by phone or in person) to discuss your expectations. Good luck to you.
get an agent who does the leg work they should have a good idea of costs and recovery amounts
i'd sue her for everything she's worth … screw settling…..
First, get a Personal Injury Lawyer they are well worth their share.

I was in an accident a year ago with a drunk driver. They did all repairs to my vehicle while I was in a rental car. I only had to go to physical therapy for about 6 visits (my choice single mom no time for this) my injuries were no where near yours and I received over $10,000 cash.

Unfortunately, your car insurance is going to go up. Mine did. Now days it is your car insurance that pays the hospital bills for your injuries up to their limits, then the lawyer will have to go after the drunk drivers to get the rest.

This whole process is a big head ache, my lawyer was my saving grace. He did all the leg work between the insurance companies, rehab places, hospitals, doctors, just everything. All I had to worry about was healing.

The person at fault's insurance will make you some small offer, a few thousand, don't take it. With nerve damage you could have lifetime needs that will never be covered.

Hope this gives you some insight and helps. Good luck, I hope you feel better or at least get taken care of.
I don't think anyone will be able to give you any sort of dollar amount range, if that's what you are looking for.

It appears, however, that you did not suffer any terribly serious injury (thank goodness for that, you could have been hurt very badly). Had you been paralyzed, or lost a body part, you would have a different claim because your life would have been altered forever.

Don't expect to get any sort of windfall from this. You should expect to be reimbursed for your medical expenses and other financial hardships you had (lost work, car repair, etc.) due to the accident. You might not get much, if anything, for pain and suffering because it appears that you will be able to recover at some point.

Since you are starting litigation, you probably have an attorney. And I'm sure you read and understood the terms of your contract with him/her, and that you realize they are going to get a huge portion of whatever settlement is reached, after they take their fee and expenses.

It is so good that you got away with the limited amount of injury that you did, and hope you continue to mend. You should get your expenses covered for this, and get your car repaired. Is the other driver now facing criminal charges?

What is the best way to sell stuff?

Such as potraits and paintings. I just want them to pickup and come and pick it and pay. I need a way such as a website.
if they are worth a lot and highly demanded

Ebay.com, but it will cost you a little commission and listing fee

if it is more of a local, face to face, encounter you are looking for

Craigslist.org, easy and fast to use

*try craigslist first, its free so give it a chance
eBay - It's a global marketplace in the comfort of your own home. But, I've heard that eBay actually take out a certain percentage of all sales for their own.

(There are also people who help you sell stuff on eBay [as shown in the 40 Year-Old Virgin, but they take another percentage of sales, so that's a percentage of what you make gone...twice!])

Craigslist - A free classified ads website. Not many people in Mississippi would go to Craigslist and look in North Dakota, so Craiglist is a more local marketplace. However, they don't take a chunk of what you sell.
www.ebay.com
ebay
craigslist
amazon
I would suggest selling them outside popular strip malls…..
Ebay xD
eBay or craigslist works great.
e-bay
ebay,amazon,ioffer.com
multiply.com
craigslist.com

and or ebay.com

Please provide some pictures :)

Frozen Wells Fargo bank account?

I beleive that my deceased mother's bank account is frozen.
What exactly does this mean?
If I sign up to view the bank account on wellsfargo.com (I have her SS# and ATM card) will it let me view it?
By the way, I am the only living heir of my mother. Only child, no spouse. So rude comments will not be appreciated.
Banks watch the Obits like a hawk. Any business is frozen for 30 days minimum while the executer of probate comes forward. That also means if a copy of the will is in the safe deposit box, that will put a 30-day delay on the events before pursuing the business at hand.

Only the government has access to a deceased person's bank business for the first 30 days.

your added details, without a will, the state where you live will have a survivors will. An example would be English Common Law, the spouse gets 50% and the siblings split the other 50%. This is a lawyer's expertise now should you have any other relations contesting any of the estate.

Good luck dear. I think you can complete this.
No one can access her bank account.
She needed to have you on her account before she died, then you would be the account holder.
You will need to talk to Wells Fargo about what you need to do to get the account unfrozen .
If you know her pin number, you might try to access it through an ATM,but I'd talk to a branch near you first.
You will need a copy of her death certificate or some acceptable proof that she is deceased, her SS card and ATM card or bank account number (preferably the bank account #).
The bank can tell you if she had a safe deposit box or not.
They know she has passed on and froze the account until courts Issue hie to money in account. Lawyer's will know how to get it. Paper work here and there. Need to get a death certificate and will if she had one. Common pratice to protect money from going to wronge persons.
i think the money is still there, but you do not have access to it. did she list you as a beneficiary on the account?

i am so nervous about the interview next week. i have some question that i dont know how to answer. can someone help me? =[

1) how would you describe abercrombie
2) what make abercrombie different from other brand?
Here how I would answer these:

1. I would describe Abercrombie as a fantastic brand, its has style, is comfortable, goes good with anything. Plain and simple!

2. I would describe Abercrombie different from other brands simply because the style it has is different from other brands, it has a certain feel too it. Another reason why I think its such a great brand because it has such a good line of clothing to go with it.

Ripped theses from the top of my head.
