I have a microsoft office cd but my disk drive isnt working atm so i decided to download it off the internet. All i can find is a free 60 day trial.

Would it be possible to re-download it after the trial runs out??
Thanks.
nope sorry a trial only runs for the amount of time specified and when it runs out it leaves a little trace so you can't install the trial again.
UNLESS!!! you wipe your pc.

P.S love your logo LFC!!! LFC!!!
No, it would not. A trial is for the purpose of trying something out and if you like it then you pay your money to be able to continue using it. If you are not prepared to pay for a product, then download the inferior office program of OpenOffice which is completely compatible but if you are used to working with Office and using lots of shortcuts you will definitely see a difference.

If you try downloading the trial and entering your product key from the cd you have, I doubt if that will work either as I am assuming that is XP but you can but try.
I would try to sort my problem out - and in this case it is the disc drive.

You say it is not working at the moment. What is the problem? Can you 'see' it im My Computer?

If yes - then go to your device manager and check that the drivers are there and up to date.

If the drive is not showing im My Computer - go to Google and and enter [make and model of computer] does not see [make and model of drive] - and follow instructions - probably a registry fault.

If you can fix your drive - you get your CD back. Personally I do not like having bits on the computer that are not working - in case other parts follow!!
its not possible to re download after the trial runs out

you just need to enter the key code you have for the disc
and it will change from trial to full.

you should have an activation code along with the microsoft office cd. Download the trial, input the code and there you go, Microsoft Office with no expiry date!
