ok im starting up a new cv as last time I done one was when I was 16 but just added my QF to it but I want a professional one. One that stands out from the rest but I really don't know what to write on it. Can any one give me a good bit I can write on my personal profile. Any tips would be greatly appreciated and ten points for best answer by the end of the day thanks! x
Just as few helpful tips so as not to overburden you with too much information.

Starting from the top
1. CV or Curriculum Vitae
2. Name address and telephone number (no date of birth)
3. Personal profile (tell what your skills are, e.g. team worker, handle people well on one to one basis, diligent and conscientious etc.
4. experience (what you have been doing over the past 5 or 10 years and experience gained
5. list of employers and duties performed
6. Qualifications

Hope this is helpful
My advice would be to get one professionally written. It will cost you a few pounds, but it really is worth the money. If you get one where they supply it to on a CD as well as hard copy then you can keep it and just update it every time you need to, so you will only ever have to pay once. Also, when I did this, I made a bit of the cost back because some of my friends used a copy of it and just changed the name and details to fit their circumstances, and they paid me a small amount for letting them do that.
