I am applying at hot dog on a stick at the mall, and im stuck on a question. please help me answer it :/ thank you. nothing negative please. im also applying at other company's but this is simply one that is hiring.

Obviously the bright colors evoke a whimsical and exiting nature, and even from a distance would grab my attention. The familiar colors would be an instant signal that I'm close to Hot Dog on a Stick! But it is more the smile, enthusiasm, and friendliness of the person in the world-famous uniform that would appeal to me most; traits that I hope to emulate should I be given the opportunity to work at this wonderful establishment.
You can say that the uniform is interesting because it has all primary colors blue, red and yellow. Also white which is a combination of primary colors. It stands for uniqueness, unity,preseverence,purity and more. Other than that it also suggest an enjoyable experience.

If you want to adapt the meaning of color in the US flag, this is it:

->white signified purity and innocence
->red stood for hardiness and valor.
-> blue as the symbol of vigilance, perseverance and justice.

I would say something like: " I think the uniforms are really cheerful and cute and I would enjoy wearing it, at least they are not boring". They are not looking for rocket science but a confirmation that you would be comfortable wearing something like that.
Actually, I do personally thing exactly what I said, they are cute.
As for why do you want to work for them…. what a silly question employers ask sometimes. This is obviously a part time job for you, and I doubt it's a career choice for life where you see yourself retiring from there years from now.
At any rate, I would say that you are hoping to find a job that you could have some fun at while making money and not be bored. Also say that you chose this place because it's easy to get to and close to home, something like that is what they are looking for.
