ok I just put together my new pc in an ANtex 900 gaming pc case. I LOVE IT. All the fans work perfectly fine. But everytime I boot up it says

usually its marked on the motherboard sys fan,cpu fan, etc,or go to the manufature website and download the manuals for servicing the motherboard you can use adobe reader to view the pdf files showing diagrams of each fan connector on the motherboard and troubleshooting it

Not sure why you need a laptop with such a powerful CPU but the answer is fairly easy. It's impossible to find. There's no such thing as a 3.0GHz Mobile Quad-core processor for laptops. Unless of course you're referring to a laptop that's using a desktop processor which would be difficult to find and would mean looking at a boutique hardware company which would raise the price considerably.
There are only two mobile quad core processors the Q9100 at 2.26GHz and the Q9000 at 2.0GHz the only other mobile quad core is the extreme version which costs about $1000 more than the other two and requires a better motherboard and is still only 2.53GHz. AMD have no quad core mobile processors out yet so this is impossible.

I am running windows vista 32 bit. and I have 3gb or ram. I want to get 6gb total. I know 32 bit only read 3gb. but If i had 6gb on 32 bit, would it even benefit my pc?
No it wouldn't benefit your PC. The 32bit limitation limits the amount of memory you can address. So though they updated vista to be able to display your total amount of memory, you wouldn't be able to actually use all of that ram. In order to take advantage of 6GB of ram you'd have to have 64bit windows.

Though one thing you could do, if you have integrated graphics, is to give up more of your system memory to the integrated graphics which wouldn't affect the amount of memory that windows can use, though it would be a waste of money to go that route, and if you already have 3GB of ram and are thinking of going to 6GB I'd assume you have a decent graphics card of some sort.
I dont think u can use 6GB as I have heard that 3 GB is the maximum memory a 32bit OS can handle. You may have to upgrade to a 64bit version of Vista.

Guys help me if possible, I tried downloading one of my best games on PS2 on PC. Anyway it doesnt work right on the PS2 emulator. So i am trying to burn the files to DVD-R or DVD R so i can play PS2. Any idea how to do that? Shall i burn the game iso into the disk so i can play it. Please help! I tried burning the (files) after i mount them but didnt work.

Usually school computers are stock. Which means they have nothing special. I would guess 512 megs RAM. And I would not dought that they just have a 20 - 40 gig HD.
my school computers have 512MB. if it has a admin program on them then you probably wont be able to go on system properties or the "run" box.
